All clients will be required to follow the safety policies and procedures of Adventure Alaska Southeast (“A.A.”), The Lodge in Thorne Bay ("T.L.T.B.") and its guides and all clients will be required to sign a Participant Assumption of Risks, Acknowledgment of Inherent Risks and Indemnity Agreement in favor of A.A., T.L.T.B. upon their arrival.
