All clients will be required to follow the safety policies and procedures of Adventure Alaska Southeast, LLC (A.A.), The Lodge in Thorne Bay, LLC (“T.L.T.B.”).  It’s guides and all clients will be required to sign a Participant Assumption of Risks, Acknowledgment of Inherent Risks and Indemnity Agreement in favor of A.A., T.L.T.B. upon their arrival and before using any equipment or accomodations.
